Brings over 20 years of insurance and business experience to DBP. Alisa worked in medical, life, and dental insurance as Sales VP at PACC Health Plans (now Health Net of Oregon). In her role at PACC she worked collectively with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales processes and customer service plans. Most recently, she was Director of Human Resources for Food 4 Less grocery stores in Oregon. In addition to her work in employee benefits she has been the Insurance Ethics instructor at Portland Community College since 1999. Alisa has a B.A. in Business from the University of Redlands in California and an M.S. in Education from Portland State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Portland Human Resource Management Association. Alisa works on the DBP team as an Account Manager.
