Has over 17 years of employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Davidson Benefits Planning, Glen was a Senior Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in Portland and a Pharmacy national practice leader. At DBP, Glen serves as a Financial Consultant focusing on: underwriting and financial analysis utilizing sophisticated predictive modeling tools; strategic plan design and employee contribution assessment; managed pharmacy benefit solutions; feasibility studies for alternative funding arrangements; vendor analysis and negotiations; cost and utilization benchmark studies and outcomes review; cost savings opportunities and feasibility. In 2006, Glen was named National Pharmacy Practice Leader for United Benefit Advisors (an alliance of independent benefit advisory firms of which DBP is a member). In addition, Glen actively participates in developing new strategies to manage the changing needs of our clients and most recently played an integral role in the development of an integrated wellness program unique to the Northwest. Glen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon’s Advisory Board, is a member of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) and the Portland Human Resource Management Association.
