Prior to joining Davidson Benefits Planning, LLC in 2005, her career began in 1998 with QualMed Oregon (now Health Net of Oregon) as an Account Manager. Maile joined Aetna US Healthcare in 2000 as an Account Manager; later served as Small Group Sales Manager for Oregon, Washington, and Alaska; and Direct Consumer Marketing Manager for Arizona and California. In 2003, she joined GE Financial/Genworth Financial as the Oregon Group Sales Representative responsible for market expansion focusing on Stop Loss, Life, Dental, Disability, and Voluntary products. Maile brings with her a varied background of experience dealing with all aspects of Employee Benefits including Self Insurance, both bundled and ASO arrangements; Consumer Directed Health Plans; Dental and ASO Dental; Short and Long Term Disability; Long Term Care; Voluntary and Worksite products. Maile graduated from Washington State University in 1995 with a BA in Political Science.
